Can I makeup a missed class?

Yes! We understand that families get sick, go on holidays, and have other appointments that can’t be changed. That is why we offer 2 courtesy make-up lessons per child per term.

Make-Up Class Policy: If you miss a class due to sickness or a holiday, please feel free to send a friend along in your place for free instead of claiming a make up session. If you’d like to have a make up class, you can attend two classes in one week. Make up sessions are taken in another venue or session time within the same term and territory.

To book a make up lesson please check out our sessions on our timetable page and email your teacher (see below) to let us know what day, time and location you would like to attend instead. We will do our best to organise this for you. Please note that make up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Classes listed as “Wait List” are unavailable as they are full.

Please note make up classes must be completed within the term they are missed and only two make up classes are offered per term. There is no cash equivalent or credit available for the next term.

To qualify for your courtesy make-up classes, please email the relevant address above and we shall try to arrange a reserved space for you at your request. As spaces fill fast, we cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes for a make-up session. Please be advised that make-up lessons do not carry over to the next term and no credit is available for classes missed.

We also offer the option to “gift” any of your missed sessions to a family member or friend who might also have a little one. If you cannot attend your usual session, you can ask another person to attend in your place! Please ensure you provide details of this in advance.
